Dr. Klemperer made me feel at ease immediately with her warm and kind manner. I also felt 100% listened to and understood during our first meeting.

I can honestly say that Dr Klemperer is in a different league to the other psychiatrists I have seen. I have seen a number over the past 30 years but she genuinely cares and listens to everything I have to say. I feel she really wants to help her patients and she looks at the whole picture, not just the medication side of things. Finding Dr Klemperer has changed my life and my family's life. I can now function happily and live a full life, I can be a proper mother to my 2 young children. She made that possible. Dr Klemperer quite literally saved my life.

I struggle to put into words just how grateful I am to have come across Dr Klemperer. At a time in my life where I was really struggling, she made me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Prior to seeing Dr Klemperer I had spent several years seeing psychiatrists. I can say with confidence that I received more help/advice/empathy from Dr Klemperer than any other doctor/psychiatrist/psychologist I had previously seen. At my initial consultation with Dr K I was given a diagnosis, a plan going forward and most importantly for me, reassurance that my eating disorder is treatable. Dr Klemperer genuinely cares about her patients. Initially, I did not want to seek help after feeling so low and ready to give up. Within the first 5 minutes of speaking to Dr K I instantly felt as though I was talking to a friend. She made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to see Dr Klemperer. My only regret is that I didn’t come across her 10 years ago. Thank you ever so much for all the help and support.

Dr Frances put herself out significantly to see us at very short notice and did so with genuine care and compassion. She achieved an excellent rapport very quickly and provided both medical advice, care and a pragmatic approach to managing the way forward. Thank you. As an individual Frances listens, is caring and builds empathy quickly. Her office support is also excellent.

Dr Klemperer was very professional, understanding and thorough, and appeared to be passionate about treating me. As a result, she quickly established my trust. I consider myself fortunate to have become a patient of hers. I would highly recommend Dr Klemperer.
